Growing up in New Orleans, Chef William was influenced by culinary masters and a world-renowned cuisine. Mentored by a personal chef to the Consulate General de France, a la Nouvelle-Orleans, a chef from Paris, he was introduced at an early age to the art of wild crafting, organic farming, and gourmet food preparation. A 20-year resident chef of Ojai, his passion is to continue to find.
